We are embarrassed if you are not 100% satisfied with the products you received, and we are happy to accept returns within 5 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Please contact customer care. Via WhatsApp, specifying the product(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason.

2. After receiving instructions from us, please pack the product(s) to be returned with the original packaging.

3. Handing over the product(s) to the shipping company (the support team will tell you the name of the shipping company and provide you with the bill of lading).

Please note that the return fee for one parcel is 40 riyals.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your order. We will issue the refund to your Legend Sleep wallet unless otherwise notified to refund the funds to your payment account in advance. The wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.

Return and exchange terms

Conditions for exchanging or returning mattresses:

  • Use a mattress protector to protect it from dirt: We will not accept a dirty mattress or a mattress with stains.
  • The customer has the right to exchange or cancel the order within 24 hours only from the order confirmation, noting that shipping fees will be imposed on the customer after 24 hours from the order confirmation regardless of the order status.
  • Shipping cost: The customer bears the shipping cost if he decides to exchange or return the mattress (the shipping cost for one mattress will not be less than 250 riyals and will not be more than 350 riyals). Shipping fees are determined based on the city where the customer lives.

Note: We do not offer mattress trials in some remote areas or cities where shipping companies cannot deliver. Please ensure your city is included in our shipping coverage before completing your order.

Conditions for exchanging or returning products (excluding mattresses):

1. You have 5 days to decide if the product is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

2. Returned or exchanged products must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3. Products with non-returnable labels and free gifts cannot be returned.

4. We do not accept returned products that have been sent back without proper return requests.

5. We do not offer a package collection service for parcels returned to us. Return shipping will be at your own expense if the reason for the return or exchange is not due to damage or a manufacturing defect .

6. Please double-check before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-Legend Sleep products.

Note: Original shipping fees and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

7. In the event of returning any product, package or set purchased with gifts, the gifts must be returned in their original condition with the product, package or set. If the gifts are not returned, the company has the right to refuse the return request or deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount.

Conditions for exchanging or returning packages (sets):

  • All packages, including the Royal Box Hotel Collection, are priced as complete packages and at discounted prices for each product, based on the company's assessment of the price of each product separately within the package or collection. No product within it is considered a free gift.
