  • Sagging of the springs or foam

Second: Items Not Covered by the Warranty

  • Loss of the official invoice
  • Improper handling or transportation of the mattress leading to bending or distortion
  • Natural sagging of less than 3 cm from the original mattress height
  • Fabric issues such as color fading, stains, or burns
  • Misuse of the mattress, such as jumping on it, sitting continuously on one edge, folding it, or handling it incorrectly, which may lead to damage
  • Sagging of mattress springs due to using bed bases not designed for the mattress
  • Moisture or liquid spills – any liquid leakage onto the mattress that causes damage
  • Using inappropriate cleaning methods or materials, such as harsh or chemical cleaning agents
  • Breaking or folding the mattress
  • Storing the mattress vertically
  • Using the mattress on an uneven surface

Third: In Case of a Manufacturing Defect

Customers of Legend Sleep are entitled to replace or return a mattress that has a manufacturing defect or damage. After Legend Sleep receives the mattress and confirms it meets the conditions, the customer has the right to choose one of the following:

  • Refund of the mattress value via bank transfer (takes up to 10 business days)
  • Replacement with a new mattress of the same value
  • No shipping fees will be charged to the customer if the reason for return or replacement is due to damage or a manufacturing defect
  • A photo of the mattress packaging must be provided
